- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff here is very friendly but sadly services are super slow. A new pair of glasses can easily take 2 weeks to be made. As for repairs, don't plan on using that 1yr warranty. If you need anything more complicated than the most minor of adjustments then plan on waiting a week. However they will most likely send you to another store to have your glasses fixed, of course the warranty doesn't cover it. Since they're the closest vision shop next to my house I hate to give up on them. I found a work around is they're an Oakley vendor so i do business with Oakley and any repair work is handled by Oakley rather than TSO.February 06, 2017by 3rdcoast Ambit
