  I have been going to Pam Morgan for about7-8 yrs for filler, Botox & voluma.#1 she put filler ynder my eye which looked hideous still to the day until my new doctor has taken the filler out and it looks fabulous now!#2 I have canceled a couple of times due to me being sick and she still charged me $30 dollar fee which is completely absurd beings I spent several thousands of dollars over the past several years. First I received an invoice for $30 which I threw away then I receive another one for $70, I guess for interest, now they are threatening to send to credit in which I said go for it!!! I have a new doctor, his name is dr teller and he is the best of the best! And the rest of his staff are as well! I have missed 2 appt and offered to pay but they wouldn't have it. In my opinion Pam should stick w treating sick people and her weight lost program that she offers. I would never recommend you go to her for ANY cosmetic surgery, NEVER!!!! and Heidi, her billing assistant is one if the rudest individuals I have ever encountered in my life! Thumbs down in all areas of their business!!!

  They are more interested in your money rather than patient care. They don't maintenance med refills unless you come in for lab work, then you pay another copay to go in for results. Which may or may not change. Then forget to call in refills so you are without your medication. That's horrible if your finally getting your thyroid, blood pressure meds etc finally levelled out. Then the office manger rather then admitt when wrong is so full of ego and grandiose schedules an appointment even after telling her No, and will charge you for a missed appointment and put in collection. My insurance company has suggested I file for a fraud complaint due to the office managers actions and response when they reached out to her for trying to explain she can not charge for service not rendered. You you are seeking health and wellness this is not a good practice. If you are rich and lots of time on your hands for paying back and forth visits Bingo your in the right place.
