  The professional dentists as well as the hygienic staff were actually very good. However, the Ortho staff that sits at the front desk and is only there one or two days a week (because they travel to different locations) is terrible. It took almost 2 years of giving them the same freaking information about our dental insurance change and they still could not get it correct. They never submitted the claim for my daughter's braces to the original insurance in the beginning so it was never processed by the insurance. Eventhough the new insurance information was given to them numerous times, they were still trying to submit the claim to the old insurance and couldn't understand why they weren't getting a response. When it came time to take my daughter's braces off and be replaced by the retainer, we weren't told that there would be an initial cost at the time of the braces coming off and hit us with that information that morning and said it would be $350 for the retainer or they could not take off her braces. I had to reschedule because I was not prepared to pay that. So, a few weeks later we show up for the rescheduled appointment and they then inform me that they were still going off of the old insurance information and their original quote of $350 was incorrect and that we needed to pay $600 that day in order for her braces to be taken off. Long story short, the Ortho staff that is at the front desk and is only there for one or two days a week (because they go to different locations) are completely incompetent and I recommend that you find another Ortho if you need braces done. It's a shame because they ortho surgeons are very nice and professional.
