  Finally had to file a formal complaint with the better business bureau because no one at Mr. Hudson's office or corporate Allstate would help me when a very stupid clerical error at his office caused them to bill my escrow account more than $900 extra for my homeowner's policy (which originally cost less than $600). Two years later, I am still battling with collections letters because they (according to a few Allstate local and corporate reps) switched my account back and forth numerous times between one zip code and another AND back and forth between cancelled and reinstated (by that time I had already switched to another carrier MONTHS before all of these charges kept coming). Now it ALSO looks like they filed an accident that was very clearly NOT my fault as an at-fault accident. (other guy's insurance paid out and I got my deductible back; Allstate also confirmed with me that I was NOT at fault). So I am VERY curious to know how much extra I have been paying for auto insurance over the past couple of years all because of another mistake on Allstate's part. I'd say they couldn't possibly screw anything else up any worse than they already have, but I've been wrong about them before. All of these problems originated from Mr. Hudson's local office and he has been no help whatsoever helping me get it resolved.

  Honestly I've had the worst experience with them so far. Best quote but I've never had to put in so much leg work trying to get my car insured. They never call me back. I got a $330 no insurance ticket because they never bothered tell me my policy was held up because they didn't get my mom's birthday on the account right. I tried setting up auto pay with them, next month comes around and my balance IS NOT getting taken out of my bank. I got a new car I CALLED THEM (because I guess they don't know how to call people back) and they tell me my new policy I set up has just been "floating around for a couple of days?" just very disappointed.
